Dear Sisters and Brothers, Welcome to the new Let s Meditate App for your iOS device version 8.0 or higher. This is a way to plan and organize remote sittings, both to give and receive them. To give sittings: Preceptors can log in and indicate that they are available or unavailable for sittings. When an Abhyasi requests a sitting, the preceptor (if available) is notified immediately. The preceptor can then accept the Abhyasi s request and click on Start sitting' to start the sitting. At the end preceptor can end the sitting by clicking on 'Stop sitting . Preceptors also have a record of the sittings they have given. To receive sittings: As Abhyasi: Abhyasis can request a sitting with a preceptor by clicking on Already a practitioner of Heartfulness Meditation? . When the preceptor clicks on Start sitting , a timer starts on the screen, and the sitting continues until the preceptor choose to stop it. When it is finished the abhyasi can then donate or update their profile or log out. As Seeker: Seekers can log in to receive sitting from Preceptors by clicking on New to Heartfulness Meditation? .They can meditate as a guest user with the help of 'Relaxation tab, where they can listen to the audio and meditate with the help of the instructions. If they want to register themselves as a member of Sahaj Marg, they can register and login. Then they can receive sitting from Preceptors.
